At Lisa Nath, MD, we accept most major medical and vision insurance plans. Here is a short list of some of the most popular plans we accept. If you do not find yours on the list, please call our office at (412) 734-5022 to verify your plan's acceptance with our team. We're ready to answer any questions you might have, as well as give you the appropriate resources needed to prepare for your visit.

We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, a technician will review your vision and medical history. For diagnosis, they will check your visual acuity and perform any needed testing to help the doctor. From there, the doctor will review all testing to determine a diagnosis and help you choose options for treatment if any are needed.

For a shorter time in the waiting room, please fill out the New Patient Form(opens in a new tab) and drop it off or mail it in prior to your visit or just bring it in with you to your appointment.
